    Eraser will not install

    Here is the situation: Fresh install xp sp3. I download version 5.86.0.0 (EraserSetup32.exe) to desktop then click. Error message says "cannot start setup, setup file may be corrupt or may have wrong password.... Blah blah blah..." Now what?
