    didn't work i ran that chkdsk c: /f and everything was ok . i think it has to do with the Temp Folder being deleted.. thank you for reply .

    hi i get a error when i do scann on my hard drive it scan and stop at 78% Error is C- Document ~ 1/Temp/WER7c38.dir00/eraser.exe.mdmp and now my Temp Folder is gone. please help thank you.
