Thanks for the help I have got down to cd C:\Windows\System32 (enter) del eraser.dll (enter) del erasext.dll (enter) explorer (etaskkill /f /im explorer.exenter) but am stuck .Do I enter taskkill /f /im explorer.exe at the C prompt.I have tried and get a cant find error message.
