    Erase unused disk space - proceeds to erase files?

    I am attempting to erase the unused portion of my C:/ So i access it as administrator.. i create a new task re unused space on C:/ ... run the task and... it starts erasing all my files on C drive.. *insert sound of baloon deflating rapidly* :?:
