hi im having the same issue, except I have an intel(stabs it), all up to date drivers, Avast! anti-virus (have tried disabling it then running eraser, no affect...) so it seems like its a problem with the program, not with hardware...since it seems to not be working correctly on computers with...- Curator

A problem has been encountered and eraser will be shut down.
ya... im having the same issue, but with XP...I just dl'ed this program for the first time, and it wont clean up my unused space, however it works on my recycle bin and single files... also each time i try it uses up some of my space, I go into command prompt to enter the line it says to enter...- Curator
