I do not see such a file. Would it be located elsewhere under Windows 7?

I uninstalled version 5 and figured I'd give v6 a try. After installing Eraser crashes immediately whether opened from the scheduler or from a context menu and gives a windows crash notification with the following error: "Eraser has stopped working" Any ideas ? ?
