    Joel - yes - I have the same Problem Signature 09. Google suggests this may be due to lack of a plugin for the Crypto API, perhaps an RSA export limitation. I'm in the UK rather than the US.

I am running Win7 Ultimate 64 Bit and Eraser is being installed into C:\Program Files\Eraser. Eraser 6.0.8.2273 installed in standard mode and as Administrator. Same problem. No issues...
