Im using the CD .iso...can I change the number of passes? Its a 4200RPM laptop drive...probably on the slow side. Approx how long using the program defaults? 30 mins? 2 hrs? 10 hrs?

I want to erase an NTFS drive completely. I dont have a floppy. Can I create a bootable CD, just put eraserd.exe on it, boot from the CD and run eraserd? Will it see my NTFS partition ok or eraserd doesnt work with NTFS? If not, then how could I do what I want? Thanks!
