Does anyone except the spamer have any ideas? I am sure I have missed something simple.

I just downloaded the program and it will not start. I select new task/rum imediatly/and slect to erase unused disk space. The pogram does nothing. When I select to view task log it says I do not have permission to erase. I have deleted this task and even deleted program and tried again...
