Disk Viewer Question

After verifying if eraser has worked, by using a disk viewer, or to check if any keyword has been found on your computer , once such a program finds they keyword and tells you which cluster its stored in, how do you goto that particular cluster and wipe the trace of it?

Yeah i've tried that, could it mean that the keyword is part of another file? for example a log or database type file of things downloaded? Is there any way to figure out which file its part of? Or is that not how things work?

Thanks
