Hi,
I have not had time to do any research on this subject because lack of time, but I discovered this strange behaviour in Outlook 2003 and IE after doing a Free Space clean with Eraser 5.7.
First, the Navigation Pane did not show, and the contents in emails came up empty. Second, webpages in IE was corrupted. Just some HTML code was displayed.
After uninstalling Eraser (witch also was running automagicly at logon), everything was OK.
