I bought your product, sent a query to your support and have not received a reply. Do you guys support this product or not.
 
We sent you a support email on the 15th July - same day as you had the problem. We also replied to your message post on the NoTrax category of the Forum under NoTrax Alerts (where you posted your original message).

Now that's what I call incredible support especially since we are in two different time zones.
