Running eraser on unallocated space on c drive

I'm new to Eraser. Need to run Eraser on all the unallocated disk space on my c drive to overwrite it with random data, without causing any impact on the software which also resides on the c drive - windows, users, program files, drivers etc etc. Can I do this ok? Also, how do I run Eraser as an administrator as I get error message. Thanks.

Eraser will do what you require. Plaese read the FAQ topic @Getting to know Eraser 6', which gives the information you need.
