Vista "the parameters are incorrect"

When I try to open eraser right clicking on the desktop shortcut I do not get the option to run as administrator I have to open the folder as normal then when I right click on eraser to run as administrato I keep getting the error message "the parametrs are incorrect". It also happens when i try to run as administrator from the start menu.....and to cap it all off the eror message now appears at random when I start my computer before I even atempt to open eraser

Can anyone assist me with this problem please....
 
Can you go to %APPDATA%\Eraser and delete default.ers and see if that helps?
