Don't have a blocking window, so I don't need to have window open, but can actually minimize it

What do you mean by a 'blocking window'? If you mean a modal dialog, I don't think Eraser 6 has any of those (Eraser 5 did). If you mean the confirmation dialog for context menu erasing which appears in the 6.1 beta builds, this was a specific user request, and is, in my view, an essential safety feature.
