Don't have permission error

I downloaded eraser and tried to Clean free space. I got an error messge that the program did not have permission to do the task.
I use windows 7 64bits, Avast anti virus and have a network subscription with pccare247.
What's going on?

Never mind. I think I found the answer at FAQ. I need to be the administrator first.
