eraser stopped working lost all free space

using windows 7 ran eraser and it ran for 12 hours and did not finish. after stopping i have lost all free disc space what do i do know?

containing random filenames (quite a few dozen) with most of them either <1KB or all of a constant size in the root of the drive you just erased unused space. The size of the folder is the space you've lost.

So, if you were erasing the C: drive, go to the C: drive's folder and find the folder there.

found this file pWTQw{59Y(sfjG!ktC and it's full 850gb this looks like it . do i just delete ?
