-The EraserSettings? class should belong in Program.cs
-Defined a few defaults:

-File erasure method: Gutmann (35)
-Unused space: Pseudorandom (1)
-PRNG: RNGCryptoServiceProvider
-UI language: whatever the current UI culture is
