Right Click Recycle bin 35-Pass guttman just does a one-pass

Description

Whenever i click on the 35-pass guttman in my recycle bin right-click menu it executes some kind of 1-pass algorithm, and doesn't do the 35-pass.

Since this is an issue that is from the stable installer which only Garrett can fix, you'll have to wait for him to fix it or use the betas.
