While unattended, Eraser croaked with an error on Vista with UAC. Might be standby/resume related. I doubt it's of any value, but error text follows:

Eraser.exe - Application Error

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process ID=0x17c0 (6080), Thread ID=0x10f8 (4344).

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

Yeah that isn't really helpful an error message... What were the circumstances the program was running in?

  • Summary changed from Possible standby/resume problem to Probable standby/resume problem

Since this problem occurs repeatedly on an unattended system (i.e., Eraser shouldn't be doing anything), I conclude that it's most likely a problem which occurs after standby/resume, and I have uninstalled

  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to fixed

Does it occur after Eraser is running for a while? If so chances are it is fixed in r1132
