Don't run the Eraser process in the background

Description

When I use eraser 6 a "tsr" icon, near the clock, appear.
Eraser 5.8.8 was more "stealth" ...
Why Eraser 6 "publicize" the process?

I love the "deniable plausibility" of version 6 but in embarassing to use in my office whith the boss around! :-)

We'll change this in v6.2 when the main program doesn't need to run anymore (the background service will, which is only available to be seen if an administrator runs a task list remotely)

On further review, this can almost already be achieved with r2737 without needing a service.
