When selecting various files (lets says more than 100) it delete several of them but will let the rest intact, and I will need to select the rest (lets say about 30) to be erased (already happen several times so should be something in the program).

In Windows Vista when the protection (UAC) is enable (by default it is!) it's not possible to erase any file or folder that has any kind of UAC protection (for example files and folders in program file folder, and in other places of Windows). Eraser should request administration UAC elevation in order run and to be able to delete any file. Probably make the core a service and the interface in the user may be a idea, I don't know.
