Ticket 438 cannot answer via REPLY to your email nor can I see any way to respond on all the T E XT amd L I N J S you offer on your TRAC system.. NO WAY after more than 30 min of going in cirlces to provide an answer to tocket 438 What happened to SIMPLE DIRECT user friendly ticketing systems???

MY response ois to 438 Yes installed twice with latest down load v. Nov 5 2011

Stop creating new tickets and add comments to the old one. Trac is not a mailing list, email will obviously not work.

First line support should be in the Support Forum. Trac is a development tool primarily for the development team.

And I'd suggest you report this on the Support Forum. You're more likely to get support there. I do not assess this to be a bug in the code per se.
