I did register last September about the same problem which has not been addressed or answered yet. I'm kinda losing hope. It was regarding msconfig?? I can't get to msconfig anymore after I loaded and used eraser. I have since deleted eraser and found a way to get a link to msconfig but...

Xp help & support, msconfig I now cannot access either of these things. Has anyone noticed this? It seems as soon as I ran eraser I no longer am able to access Xp Help and Support or Msconfig?? Why is this ??
