Hi I am on windows server 2003 and I also receive the "not a valid win32 application" error I used 7zip to open the archive (.exe) and then extracted the Eraser (x86).msi and was able to install from that just fine, the archive also has a dotNetFx40_Full_setup.exe,,, but I already have upgraded...
