Pete, It was unchecked. I tried it with it checked too and it didn't make a difference. I am running windows xp and I am using eraser version 5.8. It just stops at that point and I have to close it down. Thanks, Jay

I was wondering if someone could help. I started using eraser and had no problem. Now when I use it the program stops at about 8% with this mesage. C:\DOCUME~1\JAYZIP~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER330e.dir00\eraser.exe.mdmp C:\DOCUME~1\JAYZIP~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER330e.dir00\appcompat.txt Thanks
