Hi Go to windows explorer and right click on your drive letter. Probably (C local Disk) and select “Erase Unused Space”.

Hi I am guessing that Cipher.exe is only wiping the free space and not the MFT. Eraser does both and with ISAAC, hopefully soon to be with ISAAC+ in V6.

If that is the case then I suggest you format the drive and test. Could you format the drive, copy any file to it (perhaps the exact one you deleted would be best) and then try to overwrite it again please ? I would be very interested to hear what happens as we need to make certain this is not...
