Hi, Thanks for your reply. Having contacted the manufacturer, we now believe that the issue is caused by the graphics card being disabled as the eraser is running on proprietary hardware. Regards and thanks, Tony.

Hi, DBAN runs perfectly on the machine but there is no display. However if I type quick, the quick erase runs perfectly. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tony.
