    6.08 downloaded w/o necessary windows

    I bought NoTrax and also downloaded Eraser 6.08, but Eraser downloaded more or less empty. There was a settings box, but not much of anything else that is listed in the Adobe Acrobat help info, and so it is impossible to run. What went wrong?
