Manual Solution
1. Open Thunderbird and add the EML file to find a duplicate.
2. Right-click the file. Select Delete from the options that display.
3. If you get a confirmation notice, click Yes to complete the deletion.
4. Select and delete the duplicate EML file data.
5. Repeat the process...
