uninstall

I've been using Eraser 5.8.8 for quite sometime now and decided to upgrade to the latest version. For the life of me I can't get it to uninstall. It always says it's running and I need to close it. I can end the process but it still says it's running and won't allow me to uninstall it. Any ideas...
