I have a windows 2000 system and I get the above error and then eraser shuts down. I have a USB external drive attached if I use eraser on that it works fine. Help!

im having the same issue, but with XP...I just dl'ed this program for the first time, and it wont clean up my unused space, however it works on my recycle bin and single files... also each time i try it uses up some of my space, I go into command prompt to enter the line it says to enter to delete the files leftover from when the program shuts down be4 finishing, and it basicly tells me that what im entering doesnt exist...yet i DO have less storage space than I did previously...
