I ran Eraser on 4TB seagate external using British HMG 1S5 (1 pass), now I can no longer format the drive. It take about 5 min for Window to even recognize the drive. It finally shows up as RAW. When I format, after a few minutes it gets the following error: I have tried on two different computers.
