Hey everyone,

We’re in the middle of migrating a few legacy systems from IBM Lotus Notes to Outlook, and I’m looking for reliable tools to convert NSF files into PST format without risking data loss.

I’ve tested a couple of free/manual methods but they either broke the formatting or didn’t retain the folder structure well. Ideally, we’re looking for something that:
  • Can handle bulk NSF file conversion
  • Preserves attachments, metadata, and hierarchy
  • Offers preview before export
  • Works even without Lotus Notes or Outlook installed
After digging around, I came across the eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter Software. Has anyone here tried it? It seems to support batch conversion, encrypted file handling, and multiple export formats like PST, EML, MBOX, etc. We haven’t committed to anything yet, so I’m open to suggestions or feedback based on real-world usage.
