bind delete key with eraser

Hi guys, i want to bind eraser with the delete key instead of the windows erase.
I would be very happy if somebody told me how to do this.

I can give 10 $ to who can make this avaliable. When I push the "Delete button" or press the "Delete" on right click menu, I want Eraser to erase/shred/destroy the files which is choosen. Thank you.
