Can you determine when a disk was formatted?

I need to know if it is possible to determine when a disk was formatted with Eraser?
A memory card that is owned by my department at work was borrowed and formatted... and knowing when it was done would be helpful.
Any ideas?

Hmm, that's the whole point about Eraser, you cannot definitely say that a diskw as treated with Eraser, this is plausible deniability!
