Cannot start Eraser strange error code

Hi
Have just downloaded and installed the latest stable version of Eraser 5.8.7 into Vista but it will not start up.
I get the very strange error message shown below

"The procedure entrypoint?IsProcessElavated@@YA_NPAX@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library Eraser.dll"

If you could throw any light on the matter I would be most grateful

Close Eraser (including the system tray) then uninstall it. Reboot and reinstall the new version.
