Cannot uninstall Eraser 5.86

Hello. I am trying to uninstall Eraser 5.86 so I can install the latest update. This version keeps hanging even when I try to erase a few small files. When I try to uninstall it with Add/Remove Programs it just runs the installer and tries to install the program not uninstall it. I tried letting it install the program over the old installation but this did not help. When I tried to uninstall it it just tried to reinstall it. This happens whether I choose Remove or Change. Can I do this manually? What registry keys need to be removed?

I get this "Important Information" from the installer:

OK, I reinstalled this version from the regular installer and it included a standalone uninstaller which worked fine.
