Can't nuke a 13GIG HDD i get an error need help!

Hi,

a have to nuke a 13gig hdd. But whatever which method i chose i get an error. The Screen turns black and i get the following message:

"[0]Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!
In interrupt handler - not syncing."


Could someone help me?
Iam German so please use easy english ;-), thx.

HI,

Memtest is running since 2 hours. I can't see when it will be ready.
But there were still found 11264 errors.

What does this programm test? The RAM? Or the HDD? Or the CPU?

So what i'll have to do that DBAN runs correctly???
