cant uninstall

Hello,I would like some help.I am trying to unistall eraser and when trying to remove I receive this message 'error loading unistall information'and when I click on that another dialogue box appears ,select path to unistall data file'.I have also tried deleting the files and now are left with eraser .dll and erasext.dll.Any suggestins please.

What operating system have you got and what version of Eraser is it ?

You'll have to terminate explorer to remove both DLLs.

And after which you'll have to manually unregister the DLLs from the registry so they won't be loaded by Explorer. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers and delete Erasext.

Hello,Thank you for replies.My system is Windows XP home and the version of eraser is 5.353663.

start > run > cmd > enter.

in the command prompt:
regedit (enter)
go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
delete Erasext
go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\Shell
delete Erasext....Erasext7

taskkill /f /im explorer.exe (enter)
cd C:\Windows\System32 (enter)
del eraser.dll (enter)
del erasext.dll (enter)
explorer (enter)

Thanks for the help I have got down to

cd C:\Windows\System32 (enter)
del eraser.dll (enter)
del erasext.dll (enter)
explorer (etaskkill /f /im explorer.exenter)

but am stuck .Do I enter taskkill /f /im explorer.exe at the C prompt.I have tried and get a cant find error message.
 
Just restart your computer if you can't find explorer.

Sorry I have not been clear.I have erased the files.Now where do I type in this information :
taskkill /f /im explorer.exe (enter)
cd C:\Windows\System32 (enter)
del eraser.dll (enter)
del erasext.dll (enter)
explorer (enter)

I tried taskkill /f /im explorer.exe (enter)
in run but says cant find?
 
No type it in the command prompt.

Have done this and this is the error message
'taskkill' is not recognised as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.
