CD Boot Disc

I created a bootable DBAN CD with Eraser and have 3 questions. Along with directories of "dbanlog" and "dbanseed", the following files were burned to the CD in order to create the bootable CD:
about.txt
initrd.gz
kernel.bzi
ldlinux.sys
quick.txt
syslinux.cfg
warning.txt

The bootable DBAN CD created thru Eraser does not load. I have several other CD's that are bootable, and all load on boot up from the CD drive. I made 2 copies in case the first one was defective, but the 2nd didn't work either.

Question 1: Any idea why the CD won't boot up?

Question 2: Apparently the DBAN standalone seeds PRNG streams with Mersenne Twister and Eraser w/ Isaac. Does the DBAN created via Eraser use Isaac or Mersenne when seeding the PRNG stream?

Question 3: Would following a Mersenne seeded PRNG stream wipe with a DOD wipe (or any other wipe for that matter) offset any "theoretical" shortcomings, and fill in the "gaps" so to speak, of the Mersenne random number generation vs. the supposedly superior Isaac method?

Thanks for your help.
