Clearing page file on shutdown in Vista?

I see that the Preferences checkbox for clearing the page file on shutdown is disabled (I am running Vista). Is this not an option with Vista and, if not, will it become an option at some point in the future?

The checkbox when used in 2k/XP turned on a feature of the OS rather than a part of eraser, it is possible that Microsoft removed this option from Vista.

That is interesting to know about it being a feature of the OS, and you may be right that Vista does not include this as a possibility . . .
