You can try SharePoint Server Recovery software to fix error from your content Database in SharePoint 2010.

This can be caused if you go into the "Review Problems and Solutions" section of Central Administration. If you have an entry stating that "Some content databases are growing too large" and attempt to repair automatically, the process will attempt to set the referenced databases to not allow more site collections to be added to said databases. Unfortunately, the process has issues and you end up with the "error" reference on those databases.
Luckily, nothing is wrong and you just have to click on each one and click "OK". This should resolve your issue.
