I had a problem with an install of Eraser. it regularly loads the machine, between 20-40% of CPU every ~5 sec.
I check with sysinternals Process Explorer and it is the following thread which loads cpu
mscorwks.dll!Thread::intermediateThreadProc+0x49
library is mscorwks.dll 2.0.50727.3615 and microsoft update doesn't give new patch.
Eraser was 6.0.6 on winxp SP3 up to date.
I made a quick test also with AppVerifier (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/libr ... 57063.aspx) but Eraser crashes directly after launching.
I update to 6.0.8 and for now, it seems the cpu consumption problem has disappeared, but AppVerifier tests (checked all) still makes Eraser crashes.
maybe a bug to open ?
