DELETE CHINESE CHARACTER FILENAME FILES

Lowercase is more appropriate in any case.

I guess its not an issue of the program itself, but more one of the operating system (OS).
With my W2k SP4, using the OS-interface, i also cannot delete files with e.g. chinese fonts/letters, i have to rename them before i can delete them.

If you want to erase Chinese file names, I believe you'd have to compile Eraser with Unicode support. I am not sure it's completely Unicode-aware, so I suppose the answer is no.
