I recently deleted sensitives files and empty the recycle bin. Is't possible to use ERASE so it will be impossible to recover these data.If so, how to use ERASE to make this task?

For our new friend having trouble understanding Eraser: Open the Eraser program and in the Eraser [On-Demand] window click Help, then Help Topics, then the Contents tab and read 'Introduction' and 'Using Eraser'.
Because you've already emptied the recycle bin, you will have to perform a complete erase of unused space of your hard drive to erase those deleted files. Next time don't empty the Recycle Bin. Erase the contents.
