does eraser work through LAN ?

Hello!

Does eraser work through LAN ? I mean when I use eraser from Machine1 to erase a file on Machine2.

Hello guys,

I really need to know if the eraser does erase correctly if I shred a file through the local network (using eraser installed on machine1 and erasing a file that is shared by a machine 2).

It most probably would. But your network administrator will not be to happy with you saturating his network.
