Does not appear in context menu

I have XP SP3 HE, AMD Athlon TK-53, 1GB ram. I installed Eraser, it works when you double click on it or from start menu, but does not show up in a single context menu anywhere. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, no luck. My context menus work and have all the same options i had before. When Eraser installed it installed the .NET addon. Any ideas?
 
It looks like you downloaded version 6, and RC2 seems to have problems when users do not have the VC++ 2008 SP1 runtime. It's already been fixed in trunk and the fix should make it into RC3 (or final, depending.)
