Eraser 5.8.6 hung and left HUGE file when stopped. Now what?

Eraser 5.8.6 hung while erasing files from the RECYCLER folder on a USB external hard drive. When I stopped it with the STOP button it left a 208.6GB file behind even though there were only about 60GB of files before. How can I securely erase this new file?
 
Since the new file is bigger than the old one you can actually just delete the file normally, the old contents should already be destroyed. If you want to be sure (or to remove the filename record), then delete the file and run another Unused Space Erase for security.
