Eraser 5.8.7 beta 3 wont erase USB networked

I tryed everything I can think of but it wont erase files or folders from my Maxtor USB drive over the network any ideas? I also get no log popup which I have it set to popup for everything. Checking the log it says nothing to erase.

How are you erasing the drive? Over a network share? UNC path? Mapped network drive?

Also I think it may be helpful if you listed both your client and server OSes.
